I strongly encourage you to use flashcards and annotated images along the way as you prepare for the reading checks in this chapter. The jargon will get you here. That's true of this course generally, but especially in the topic of biopsychology!
This "PsychSim" from the Meyer's site has some great interactive quizzes, images, and definitions.
Old, but good, this video can really help. Stanford's Zimbardo (who we'll get to know later) is an icon in psychology. Link here.
